the FMV at the end where lisa, Jun I think, and that dude with the blue hair whatever his name is are talking to your main character, saying thier final goodbyes before they turn back time (10 years I think) to save the world was included in EP, it was a memory scene of what the main character remembered from the other world near the end of EP I think. I do know for a fact The scene was dubbed in english as I remember it very well though.

Hey what's up Gemini
Let me start by congratulating you on this important event in Megaten and heck even video gaming history. You have no idea how happy it makes to know that someone out there is putting in all this work to bring us this great game. I've got three questions for you though
I was wondering, since in Persona 2 there are some characters who return from the original persona Like Mary and Brad, will you be using the Japanese names? (like Mary's name is Maki in japan) or will you stick with the english names? Makes no difference to me really, just wondering.
You accept donations? Can i get a link or something I would love to help out? I know working with no pay sucks.
Will you continue translating Megaten games in the future or is this just a game you wanted to work on out of interest for Persona?

I'm pretty good at image editting so I was simply offering up my services. I can try my hand at editing it and then post it up by sometime this evening or tommarrow. Added: This is what I have so far. I'm also working on a cleaner verson.  If there is anything you'd like me to add please let me know. |

If I come accross any talents that may be of help I'll be sure to direct them this way. I want to do everything in my extremely limited power to help out as I have alot of respect for Gemini and all involved are trying to accomplish here.

I was actually in the process of trying to learn Korean - One day I would like to attempt to translate War of Genesis III part 1 & 2 (My favorites in my foreign collection.) |

I'm using two programs MS Paint because I can do more finer details with it and Adobe Photoshop 6.5. If someone else wants to try messing with it or some of the ones I already posted I won't mind. I also saved copies of the title screen caps that were posted on Romhacking.net. If it's ok with Gemini I'll post them up. Photoshop easily does fine detail, but whatever you're comfortable with. They've made parts of Photoshop so non-user-friendly over the years that the easiest things are the hardest things to do or find. Were you editing with the intention of the graphic being inserted back into the game? The same programs I used to rip can also reinsert into a disc image. I was going to use it to swap out the Japanese character art from Persona 1 to the US version, but I've never gotten around to it. I've ripped Persona 2, but I'm going to have to re-rip it and see if the title screen is in there. Persona 1 had all of the menu art, character art, Persona, spells, etc., but I either didn't dig deep enough into Persona 2 or it was handled differently. When I can give it another go, I'll make sure you get a copy of the graphics pack. I'll try to do so as soon as I can. I'll also double check the name of the program I used to rip so you'll have it available as well. If you can post the original screen you're working with, I'd appreciate it. |

From what I read, Gemini was planning to re-insert them in, thus her needed the images to be 256 colors. The problem with the verson of photoshop I have is it hates any thing but jpg, and jpg tends to make things more then 256 colors, so when re-saving the image as 256 it looks really crappy. I mainly would like the sprites and and character art. I'll Post the image links that Gemini had on Romhacking.net as well as the the images I've edited.     These are what Gemini posted up on Romhacking.net  Here is an image I edited that removed the japanese text. Feel free to use it. |

Do you remember what font you used? It's a good fit, so I'd like to start there. I'll be trying out different things as well. I'm a little limited on time at the moment, so it may be a few days before I can get at it.
